| In Bulgaria, BEIED started professional certificate programs for managers, developed by international team of business professionals - graduates of prestigious universities like Harvard and Stanford, having their significant and continuous practical background through the years all over the world. The seminars of BEIED are specific in putting that gathered experience into practice, and also providing lots of practical exercises and cases. The program's target group consists of well-experienced executives and managers, aiming to elevate their level of competence and also find solutions to specific problems from their professional environment. The programs represent platforms of 5 to 7 modules of classroom training, combined with interactive on-line education. Each module's duration is 4 weeks and consists of 20 hours of face-to-face classroom instruction, outside working hours. One of the programs has been developed to satisfy the needs of top managers (Advanced Executive Management) and is a 7-module program scheduled over an 8-month period. The educational fee is EUR 5,600. The other professional seminars are purposed and specially designed for managers of middle levels, dealing with organizational issues in the area of Human Resources, Finances and Marketing. Their duration is 6 months, 5 modules including, and the fee is EUR 2,500. Professional background and good knowledge of English are the necessary requirements for entrance in the programs.
