This Seminar focuses on how to understand the customer in your marketplace. By practicing empathetic modeling, participants learn how to integrate a market-driven mentality throughout the organization. The seminar highlights the tools to assure effective communication with the customer within a competitive environment.
During consecutive afternoon sessions, BEIED presents these two five-hour seminars to enable executive leaders to improve their management skills and their sensitivities to market needs. BEIED applies concepts and teaching techniques currently employed in American MBA curriculum and learning systems. Participants gain insights into proven executive management techniques applied by successful decision-makers. The Seminar Series integrates conceptual elements with practical case studies and meaningful examples. BEIED assures participants that the 'lessons learned' in these seminars can be immediately applied within their organizations. The presentations highlight learning objectives of two of the teaching modules within the extensive BEIED Advance Executive Management (AEM) Program of 7 modules.

Parts 2, 3, and 4 of the BEIED Advance Executive Management (AEM) Seminar Series are scheduled for Thursday and Friday afternoons in January, February and March. Material for Parts 2, 3, and 4 complete the comprehensive program on these topics. Each Part highlights separate elements of the overall topics. Those attending all Parts of the Seminar Series will experience an integrated transformation of their perspective and insights into these important elements of success. Through separate, worthwhile, and stimulating seminars, the complete Seminar Series of 4 Parts includes all the elements featured in today's American MBA curriculum. BEIED encourages you to attend all four Parts, or as many of the Parts as you and your contemporaries can attend. Seminar Fees reflect BEIED's desire to encourage delegates to register early and register for all Four Parts.
