| BEIED applies its knowledge of the Financial Services Industry to plan and deliver developmental training programs to each element within the organization. Working with the client, the BEIED process addresses the client's needs through the Developmental Intervention Planning Matrix , which addresses individual needs and teamwork building in addition to the traditional aspects of product knowledge and "selling" skills.
