Developmental Intervention Planning Matrix
BEIED applies its knowledge of the Financial Services Industry to plan and deliver developmental training programs to each element within the organization. Working with the client, the BEIED process addresses the client's needs through the Developmental Intervention Planning Matrix , which addresses individual needs and teamwork building in addition to the traditional aspects of product knowledge and "selling" skills. When BEIED plans such a program, we develop a specialized curricula that meet the client's needs through existing programs as well as proprietary BEIED Management Development course resources.
The objective is to deliver effective developmental and educational experiences throughout this matrix to enhance performance toward targeted levels through out the organization. Operationally, BEIED is prepared to plan, deliver, and monitor the entire process while providing timely progress reports to assure management that that the associates' developmental needs and plans are being addressed.
